SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRESS DOUGH ROLLER MORELLO PIZZARELLA PZL35

Pizzarella is a Morello Forni patent, made with a high-precision mechanical structure and an aluminum alloy cast iron construction. It only needs a light layer of fine-grained common flour on its membranes. The flour, however, will not be absorbed into the pizza base, thanks to the sharp structure of its microparticles. It forms up to 180 pizza bases per hour.

Thanks to the manual top plate, it gently and evenly transmits a continuous series of pressure waves and rotating pulses to the dough, through its special non-stick membranes, to open the dough in an incomparable homogeneous way. It has two special membranes that are not "afraid" of humidity or the adhesion of any wet parts of the dough, they are easy to clean and immediately ready for another use.

It forms a base as thin as desired in the center and a thicker outer crust, preserving valuable micro-bubbles of gas, which are formed during the rising process in the dough.

It can be placed on a suitable base or on an existing pizza counter or on its special and specially designed base.
