-Vertical cylindrical evaporator, made of stainless steel, with insulation to avoid losses in performance. Internal material made of nickel. Freely rotating internal shaft cuts the thin layer of ice that forms on the evaporator wall.
-100% of the water is used for ice making. The non-frozen water is collected and recycled at the beginning of the distribution.
