WATER KNIFE STERILIZER SIRMAN Ster EL

Electric sterilizer that disinfects with water at a temperature of 110°C. Made of stainless steel and HD polyethylene cover. It is suitable for storing any type of knife that has been disinfected with liquid according to HACCP regulations. The electric sterilizer operates with two water inlet and outlet connections that are regulated by 2 taps to avoid any leakage. Automatic temperature adjustment at 90°C.
