Furthermore, the placement of the heat source at the top allows cooking with direct radiation, creating an immediate Maillard reaction and perfect overall cooking that we have never seen before, avoiding the annoying emission of smoke, flame and odors caused by classic cooking systems.

-2 high-efficiency ceramic gas burners on the top

-Removable trolley adjustable in height in 8 levels, with 3 robust high-conductivity grids made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which can be dismantled for easy cleaning.
-Tray with guides to hold cooking residues, removable at the same time as the cooking grate.
-3 removable water containers placed on the bottom of the cooking chamber.
