-VERY POWERFUL: Rapid oil preheating from 20°C to 190°C within 7 minutes
-Completely made of antimagnetic stainless steel (AISI 304).
-With pressed pans made of antimagnetic stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304.
-Controlled by a thermostat with adjustable temperature from 50°C - 190°C.
-With safety thermostat at 230°C.
-With pilot, thermocouples and automatic ignition.
-Upon request, it can be accompanied by 1/2 X 2 baskets
-Upon request, it can be placed on an open base or in a cabinet.
