The shape and dimensions of the dome are designed to optimize the thermal efficiency of the flame and refract it as much as possible on the base plate, heating the entire cooking surface with a single heat source. The enormous refractory mass and the extremely careful thermal insulation are designed to increase the oven's efficiency, reduce operating costs and heat loss. The LP variants are ready for gas conversion with the installation of dome burners (which become PG models).

-Analog thermometer for measuring temperatures up to 600 degrees.
