CHEFTOP-X™ Digital.ID™ series, the digital version of UNOX, based on a fully digital operating environment with a 16” touchscreen. All settings, programs and customizations are stored in the user’s personal Digital.ID™ account and synchronized via the cloud, allowing data transfer from oven to oven and remote management via Wi-Fi.
It features automatic, semi-automatic and manual cooking programs, with the ability to store a large number of recipes and up to 9 cooking stages per program. ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ technology automatically adjusts the parameters depending on the load, while the CLIMA.Control system precisely regulates the humidity in the chamber from 10% to 100% with continuous measurement of the actual humidity, ensuring control at each stage of cooking. It also supports cooking with a MULTI.Point core probe for absolute precision inside the product.
The MULTI.Time function allows the simultaneous management of different products in the same chamber, while the multi-speed fan system (up to 3,600 rpm) with reverse rotation ensures uniform heat distribution even when fully loaded.
The chamber is made of highly corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel and features triple door glass to reduce heat loss and increase energy efficiency. It incorporates an automatic PRESSURE.Klean washing system with recirculation and an integrated DET&Rinse™ detergent tank, as well as the RO.Care water filter, which reduces the formation of salts without the need for an external softener.
At the same time, through the Data Driven Cooking platform, it is possible to monitor consumption, create and send programs remotely, as well as optimize the operation of the equipment.
The XEDA-0611-GXRS is UNOX's fully digital proposal in a gas combi oven, combining smart technology, connectivity and automated cooking control in one single system.
