-Atmospheric independent burners, burners with an auxiliary heat reflection system for greater efficiency, specially designed by the Italian factory Morello Forni.
-IntelTouch electronic panel with the possibility of manual or automatic operation.
-In manual mode, the user selects the maximum temperature and adjusts the flame intensity.
-In automatic mode, thanks to the control system, the flame is self-regulating: it decreases and increases in intensity depending on the temperature, saving energy and reducing the need for constant attention.
-Elliptical-shaped cooking chamber: Reduced depth with the same usable surface compared to a traditional oven with a circular base.
-Indication of 2 temperatures: The temperature of the chamber and the temperature of the baking surface.
-The areas for placing the wood and the burner are separated by metal fins.
-Insulating material and refractory mass for greater efficiency and without heat loss.
-Increased and stable productivity compared to a traditional wood-fired oven.
-Improved ecological performance: From 200°C the oven causes the wood to self-combust, significantly reducing pollutant emissions into the atmosphere.
-Ash collection drawer that facilitates cleaning, improves wood combustion and hygiene conditions.
-External lighting with a support specially designed for high temperatures, improving internal visibility.
