ΕΚΔΗΛΩΣΗ-ΠΑΡΟΥΣΙΑΣΗ RATIONAL OCTOBER 2025

On October 1 and 2, 2025, a particularly interesting two-day event was held at our exhibition space in collaboration with RATIONAL AG, dedicated to catering and hospitality professionals.

The first day, Wednesday, October 1, was dedicated to a training seminar for professionals who already have a RATIONAL oven. During the seminar, participants had the opportunity to delve into the capabilities of the company's cooking systems, learn about practical applications that facilitate the daily operation of the professional kitchen and receive valuable advice for the optimal use of their equipment.

On Thursday, October 2, the event opened its doors to professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, with an open presentation of the iCombi Pro. Catering store owners, chefs and hoteliers had the opportunity to observe the operation of the equipment up close and learn about the advanced capabilities it offers in the professional kitchen.

The RATIONAL team performed a live demonstration of the iCombi Pro's functions, showing how its intelligent technology contributes to improved productivity, consistent quality of results and better management of time and resources.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences and test the system's capabilities in practice, in an environment that fostered knowledge, discussion and professional networking.

This two-day event was another initiative of our company aimed at informing and supporting professionals in the industry, bringing together modern solutions that upgrade the daily operation of the professional kitchen.
