The official presentation of the iCombi Pro by RATIONAL AG was held yesterday at our exhibition space with great success, at an event dedicated to catering and hospitality professionals on our island.

The presentation was attended by catering shopkeepers, hoteliers and professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, who had the opportunity to experience firsthand the innovative capabilities of the iCombi Pro — a cooking system that redefines efficiency, precision and convenience in the professional kitchen.

The RATIONAL team undertook the detailed presentation and live demonstration of the equipment, highlighting the advantages of the iCombi Pro’s intelligent technology, the ability to adapt to the needs of each business and its contribution to optimizing production time, quality and cost.

Attendees had the opportunity to see the machine in full operation, test the results of the cooking process and discuss practical applications in their own businesses with the company’s experts.
