-Both the liquid and the whipped cream are properly cooled throughout the process in the machine until their release.
-The removable container, which is indirectly cooled, keeps the liquid cream in excellent condition and does not separate the fat from the water.
-The liquid cream and the sucked air are pushed by the rotary pump into the labyrinth, which offers different resistances depending on the percentage of fat in the liquid cream.
-The air valve regulates the increase in the volume of the liquid cream with more or less air.
-The removable container facilitates washing and disinfection for the best possible hygiene. Equipped with a rotary pump, the pumps are rinsed without requiring daily disassembly.
-They keep the liquid cream at 4°C
-The pump pushes the liquid cream and air through the labyrinth and turns them into whipped cream.
